Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refund Method

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Store credit is NOT offered
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Custom or personalized items

Right of Withdrawal

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
